About us

Daniel Jiménez

Graduate in Psychology and Master in Neuropsychology and General Health Psychology from the University of Barcelona, collegiate at the COPC (No. 25303).

I have accumulated a long experience in psychopharmacological research, developed for more than eight years at the ICEERS Foundation, where I participated in studies on the therapeutic potential of cannabis or ayahuasca, among other substances. My responsibilities included the design of research protocols, the carrying out of psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, the analysis of data and the writing of reports, publishing the studies in international journals such as Scientific Reports, Phytotherapy Research or Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology.

After a stay as a Neuropsychologist resident in the Clinical Diagnostic Unit of the ACE Foundation. I went from research to clinical practice and patient care. I am currently working as a psychotherapist with a predominantly cognitive-behavioural approach in private consultation and I combine this activity with my professional practice as a psychotherapist at Clinica Synaptica.
